The Prime 61-37 is our largest garden room in the popular Prime Collection. This generously sized room is perfect for multi-purpose use, from large office space to spacious fitness studio to family retreat. Make it whatever you want!

Eco-Friendly Foundations
Our preferred method for foundations, when required, is ground screws. Compared to traditional concrete, these are faster to install, more affordable, less messy and far more environmentally friendly.
However, if you already have viable existing foundations in place, it makes sense to utilise them.
