The Pure 24-24 is our smallest garden room from the competitively-priced Pure Collection and is the ideal size for a one person office.

- Constructed of 100mm SIPs (Structurally Insulated Panels) providing a comfortable and thermally efficient space throughout the year
- Hard-wearing commercial-grade laminate flooring in a wide choice of colours
- Premium single piece EPDM rubber roof (made from recycled tyres), guttering and water butt
- Building regulation certificate and electrical certificate on all buildings
- 1x 2kw heater for extra comfort in winter

Eco-Friendly Foundations
Our preferred method for foundations, when required, is ground screws. Compared to traditional concrete, these are faster to install, more affordable, less messy and far more environmentally friendly.
However, if you already have viable existing foundations in place, it makes sense to utilise them.
