The Prime 24-24 is our smallest garden room from the popular Prime Collection and is the ideal size for a one person office.

- Premium single piece EPDM rubber roof (made from recycled tyres), guttering and water butt

Eco-Friendly Foundations
Our preferred method for foundations, when required, is ground screws. Compared to traditional concrete, these are faster to install, more affordable, less messy and far more environmentally friendly.
However, if you already have viable existing foundations in place, it makes sense to utilise them.
